About the brand
I'll never forget the frustration I felt as a mother, searching for quality, stylish, and skin-friendly clothing for my daughter, Pritisha. It seemed like an impossible task - every store I visited offered either fast fashion with a hefty environmental price tagger expensive, bland options that lacked imagination.
So, I took matters into my own hands. As a skilled seamstress and designer, I started creating Pritisha's clothes from scratch. I soon realised that creating sustainable clothing wasn't just about using eco-friendly materials, but also about designing garments that would last. I focused on creating timeless pieces made from high-quality fabrics that would withstand the test of time. I chose materials that are not only gentle on the planet but also gentle on young skin - soft, breathable, and durable.
As Pritisha grew, so did her passion for fashion and sustainability. She quit her job as a lawyer at an organisation to join me in my design process, sharing her own ideas and inspiration. We founded Mini Maana, a kidswear clothing brand that prioritizes both the planet and its tiny humans.
At Mini Maana, we're committed to three core values:
