How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled (whole/partially) within 24 hours of placing the order. Post the 24 hours period, our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable. If you made a mistake in placing the order and wish to cancel within 24 hours’ time period,  please inform the team via email on info@minimaana.com or shopminimaana@gmail.com, DM us on Instagram/Facebook or Call/WhatsApp us at + 91 8879606683| Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM to 6 PM IST.

What is our return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns for refunds of the products purchased from our website unless the product is received damaged, incorrectly shipped or has missing items.

In case of a size issue, we provide an exchange of garment to another size.

If you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will provide an option of replacement or refund as long as it has been returned within the 7 day return period. We will not entertain any return requests after the 7 day window.

You can return eligible products for refund or exchange (whichever applicable), up to 7 days from the date of delivery, from "My Orders" section on the website or using the RETURN REQUEST


This return policy is only applicable with the following conditions:
- Returned items must have tags on and must have their original packaging

- Items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no make-up marks, no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.

- Mini Maanateam holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. 

-No exchange and refund on discounted items.

Upon receiving the return product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer via email/ customer care within 5business days, whether they are entitled to a refund/replacement. Incase of replacement, the replaced product will be shipped to the customer within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.

In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for six months from the date of issue. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders or get in touch with us to know the right size for you. For any assistance you can write to us on info@minimaana.com. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.

In case of refunds, we will refund via store credit (valid for six months from the date of issue)or via original mode of payment within 7 days of initiation, as per the customer’s request.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photo graphical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our manufacturers or suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price (regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged). If your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we may issue a refund to you in the amount of the incorrect price.

Items are eligible for exchange only once. We do not accept any exchanges for items marked as FINAL SALE.

If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
